These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of feelori.com (the "Site"), your purchase of our products ("Products"), and your use of our WhatsApp Business services ("Services"). By accessing our Site or using our Services, you agree to these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement. When placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a suitable replacement or a full refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Shipping and Delivery

5. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

We only accept returns for Products damaged during transit. You must contact us at support@feelori.com within 3 days of receiving your order and provide a mandatory continuous unboxing video as proof. Please review our full Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

The Site, Products, and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. FeelOri.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy of information.

8. WhatsApp Business Services

Our WhatsApp bot provides an additional channel for customer inquiries and support. By interacting with our bot, you agree to the following conditions:

  • User Responsibility: You are responsible for your use of WhatsApp and any associated mobile carrier fees.
  • No Guarantee of Accuracy: The AI bot provides information on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all responses will be error-free. For critical inquiries, please contact our human support team directly.
  • Prohibited Use: You may not use our WhatsApp service for any unlawful purpose, to send spam, or to transmit malicious content. Misuse may result in being blocked from the service.
  • Privacy: Your conversations are subject to our Privacy Policy.
