Do you ship outside of India?

Currently, we primarily serve customers within India and offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. We are working on expanding our international shipping options. If you are located outside India, please contact our support team to explore possibilities.

How long will it take to receive my order?

What materials are your jewelry made of?

Our jewelry is crafted using a high-quality, skin-friendly, and hypoallergenic alloy base. It is then finished with a thick 2-micron layer of gold plating to give it a rich, lustrous look. We use genuine gemstones like rubies, Premium-grade cubic zirconia (CZ), and cultured pearls to adorn our pieces.

How do I care for my FeelOri jewelry?

To keep your jewelry shining, follow these simple tips:

  • Keep it away from water, perfumes, and lotions.
  • Store each piece separately in its FeelOri pouch to prevent scratches.
  • Wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth after each use to remove oils and dirt.

Can I wear FeelOri jewelry if I have metal allergies?

Our jewelry is designed to be hypoallergenic and is made with a skin-friendly alloy base. Most customers with sensitive skin can wear our pieces comfortably. However, if you have a known, severe metal allergy, we recommend doing a patch test first.

Are your necklaces and earrings lightweight?

What is the difference between temple jewelry and antique jewelry?

Temple jewelry originates from South Indian temple traditions and was historically crafted to adorn deities. It features sacred motifs like Goddess Lakshmi, Ganesha, peacocks, and lotuses. These designs are deeply symbolic and often used in bridal and classical dance ensembles. Temple jewelry is known for its ornate sculpting, red and green stones, and hanging pearl work that reflect divine blessings and protection.

Antique jewelry, on the other hand, refers to the finish and vintage styling of a piece. Known as "ratnaraj" (king of gems) in Sanskrit, they have a rich history that makes them truly special for heirloom necklaces.

How can I tell if a ruby necklace is high quality?

Key quality factors for a ruby include its color, clarity, and cut. The most valuable rubies have a vivid, bright red known as "pigeon's blood." At FeelOri, we state that our rubies are real and ethically sourced, and our descriptions highlight "handpicked, genuine, vibrant red ruby stones" to assure you of their quality.

Are FeelOri's ruby necklaces made with real rubies?

Yes. We use genuine red ruby stones in our Ruby Necklace sets. We do not use low-quality imitations and explicitly mention the use of real rubies in our product descriptions to ensure you are receiving an authentic, high-quality piece.

How should I style a ruby necklace for a wedding?

Ruby necklaces are perfect for weddings! Pair a short ruby choker with a silk saree like a Kanjeevaram for a stunning traditional look. For extra grandeur, especially in South Indian weddings, you can layer a ruby necklace with a longer gold haram. What if my necklace breaks or I lose an earring?

If a piece arrives defective or breaks under normal use, please contact our customer support. We may offer a repair or replacement under our quality guarantee. For lost items, since each set is handcrafted, we may be able to offer a remake at cost. Please have your order number ready when you contact us.
