FeelOri ships Indian heritage-inspired jewellery from Secunderabad, Telangana 500026, India. We use India Post or trusted domestic courier partners for India orders, and UPS or an equivalent international courier partner for global orders.
India shipping
- Orders below Rs. 999: Rs. 100 shipping.
- Orders of Rs. 999 and above: free shipping within India.
- Orders received by 6:00 PM IST from Monday to Saturday are dispatched the same day. Orders received after the cutoff begin handling on the next handling day.
- India Post typically delivers within 2-3 business days after dispatch.
International shipping
FeelOri ships worldwide from Secunderabad, Telangana, India. International shipping rates and estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout.
International orders received by 6:00 PM IST from Monday to Saturday are dispatched the same day. Delivery to supported international destinations typically takes 3-6 business days after dispatch, subject to carrier and customs conditions.
International shipping is charged by shipment weight at checkout. A typical single jewellery order weighs about 0.5 kg after product, packaging, and documentation weight are included.

Duties, taxes, and customs
International orders are shipped on a duties-unpaid basis unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Import duties, destination-country taxes, customs charges, brokerage/disbursement fees, and carrier collection fees are the customer's responsibility and may be collected by the courier or customs authority at delivery.
Customs rules vary by country. Delays caused by customs inspection, destination-country regulations, or incomplete receiver documentation are outside FeelOri's control.
Order processing and tracking
- Order handling runs Monday to Saturday. Orders received by 6:00 PM IST are dispatched the same day.
- Tracking details are shared when the order is dispatched.
- Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, email, and postal code are accurate before checkout.
Packaging
Jewellery is packed carefully for transit. A typical parcel includes product weight, protective packaging, and shipping documentation.
