FeelOri Return and Refund Policy

Every FeelOri order is packed with care before dispatch. Because jewellery is a personal-use accessory and many pieces are occasion-led, we do not accept casual returns for change of mind unless a specific product page or written confirmation from FeelOri says otherwise.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@feelori.com.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos or video of the parcel, outer packaging, inner packaging, and product issue.
- A short description of the problem.
After review, we may offer a replacement, repair support, store credit, or refund depending on the issue and item availability.
India returns
For eligible damaged, defective, or wrong-item cases within India, FeelOri will guide you through the return or replacement process after reviewing the evidence shared within the 7-day window.
International returns
International returns are accepted only when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. For other cases, international return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Import duties, customs charges, taxes, brokerage/disbursement fees, and carrier collection fees paid by the customer are not refundable by FeelOri. If a return shipment attracts customs or courier charges in India, those charges may be deducted from any eligible refund unless the issue was caused by FeelOri.
Items not eligible for return
- Items damaged after delivery due to use, storage, handling, or exposure to water, perfume, chemicals, sweat, or impact.
- Items returned without prior approval from FeelOri.
- Items reported after the 7-day damage/wrong-item window.
- Custom, altered, personalized, final-sale, or clearance items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Bank, card, gateway, and currency-conversion timelines vary and are outside FeelOri's control.
