At FeelOri, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This page explains how you can request the deletion of personal data associated with your interactions with our various services.

Scope of this Policy

This policy primarily covers data collected through our WhatsApp Business Services (our AI Bot). For data related to orders placed on FeelOri.com, please see the section below.

  • Data Covered for Deletion: This includes your full conversation history with our WhatsApp bot and any associated WhatsApp profile information (name and phone number) stored on our application servers.
  • Data Not Covered: This process does not delete order information from our Shopify e-commerce platform, which is required for legal and financial record-keeping.

How to Request WhatsApp Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your WhatsApp conversation data, please send an email to our support team with the following details:

  • To: support@feelori.com
  • Subject: WhatsApp Data Deletion Request
  • Body of the email: Please include the WhatsApp phone number (with country code) for which you are requesting data deletion. For example: "Please delete all WhatsApp bot data associated with the phone number +91 12345 67890."

Verification and Processing

For security purposes, we may need to verify your identity before processing the deletion request. We will process your verified request within 30 business days. Upon completion, we will permanently delete all conversation data linked to your phone number from our databases, and you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that this action is irreversible and will remove all past context from our bot's memory. It will interact with you as a new user in the future.

Data Related to Shopify Orders

Please be aware that any personal information associated with orders you have placed on FeelOri.com (such as your name, shipping address, and order history) is retained on the Shopify platform for business, legal, and tax compliance purposes. Requesting the deletion of your WhatsApp data will not affect your order history on our website.
