FeelOri is an Indian heritage-inspired fashion jewellery brand founded in 2024 by Pooja Tunk. The brand is rooted in the 65+ year family jewellery tradition of Golden Bangles Store in Hyderabad, India.

FeelOri curates lightweight, wearable Indian fashion jewellery for customers worldwide, including ruby necklace sets, emerald necklace sets, ruby and emerald necklace sets, AD/CZ necklace sets, jhumka earrings, chandbalis, temple jewellery, Jadau Kundan jewellery, bangles, pearl styles, bridal sets, and festive jewellery.

FeelOri accepts international payments through Razorpay where supported by the customer's card, issuing bank, and checkout configuration.

FeelOri allows major search and AI discovery crawlers, including OAI-SearchBot, ChatGPT-User, GPTBot, PerplexityBot, Claude-SearchBot, Claude-User, ClaudeBot, Google-Extended, Googlebot, Bingbot, Applebot, Amazonbot, Diffbot, and Cohere-related crawlers, while continuing to block checkout, account, cart, admin, preview, and duplicate filtered URLs.

## Founder and author

Pooja Tunk is the founder of FeelOri and author of The Complete Guide to Indian Heritage Jewelry. She writes about Indian jewellery materials, saree styling, heritage design language, and transparent fashion-jewellery buying. She has 8+ years of hands-on jewellery design experience and grew up around family jewellery craftsmanship through Golden Bangles Store.

## Materials and product language

FeelOri is a fashion jewellery brand unless a product page explicitly says otherwise.

Ruby Necklace Sets is the shopper-facing category name. Product pages use terms such as ruby red CZ stones, ruby-tone stones, or ruby-toned crystals when those terms match the actual product material. These are decorative fashion jewellery stones unless a specific product page provides stronger supporting material details.

Emerald Necklace Sets is the shopper-facing category name. Product pages use emerald-tone or other supported item-level wording unless a product page provides stronger material details.

Ruby and Emerald Necklace Sets is the shopper-facing category name for red-and-green fashion necklace designs. It does not imply natural rubies or emeralds; the individual product page is the source of truth.

AD/CZ Necklace Sets is the shopper-facing category name for American Diamond-style fashion jewellery using cubic zirconia or other decorative white stones where the product page supports that wording. It does not imply certified natural diamonds.

Gold-plated products use a gold-plated finish over a base metal and should not be treated as fine gold jewellery unless a product page provides stronger supporting material details.

Current active fashion jewellery products use HS code 71179010 and India as country of origin for customs paperwork. Future pearl, mother-of-pearl, silver, gold, or fine-jewellery products may require different customs classifications and should not be assumed to use the same HS code.

## Global shipping

FeelOri ships worldwide from Secunderabad, Telangana 500026, India. India orders ship through India Post or trusted domestic courier partners. International orders ship through UPS or an equivalent international courier partner, with international shipping rates and estimated delivery timelines shown at checkout.

International shipping is duties-unpaid unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Import duties, destination-country taxes, customs fees, brokerage/disbursement fees, and carrier collection fees are the customer's responsibility and may be collected at delivery.

FeelOri does not accept casual returns for change of mind, size preference, styling preference, or buyer's remorse unless a specific product page or written confirmation says otherwise. FeelOri does not offer exchanges. Orders, including sale and discounted products, are eligible for return/refund review only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers should contact FeelOri within 7 days of delivery with a clear, continuous unboxing video. For an approved return, the customer pays the return courier cost initially; FeelOri reimburses the eligible return-shipping cost after the returned parcel is received and checked. Import duties, customs charges, taxes, brokerage fees, and carrier collection fees are not refundable.

## Reviews and trust

FeelOri uses Judge.me review widgets on product pages to collect and display customer reviews. Product review data should be treated as real customer feedback only when it is visible on FeelOri product pages or collected through verified post-purchase review requests.
